The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement are governed by a separate written agreement or statement of work between Mohlah Solutions and the client. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed client agreement, the client agreement controls for that engagement.

Third-Party Apps & Partner Projects

Our website may showcase applications and products that Mohlah Solutions has developed in partnership with, or on behalf of, other companies (for example, on our Apps page). Those products are owned and operated by their respective companies, and your use of them is governed by that company's own terms of service and privacy policy, not these Terms. Mohlah Solutions is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party product or website.
